Diagnostic assessments are designed to support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, medical necessity determination, and continuity of care. Recommendations may include individual therapy, psychiatric medication management, intensive outpatient treatment, substance use treatment services, community supports, or referrals to higher levels of care when clinically appropriate.
