Fees & Insurance
DIBE accepts all major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Insurance covers most of the fees charged to the patients.
- Initial Intake $200 (60 minutes)
- Psychiatric Evaluation $300 Initial session
- Follow up (Psych Medication Management) $150 (20 minutes)
- Follow up (Psych Medication Management) $190 (40 minutes)
- Individual Therapy $150 (50 minutes)
- Couples Therapy $250 (50 minutes)
- Intensive Outpatient Program $350 (per day)
- Medication Assisted Treatment $200 per 45-minute session.

Forms of Payment Accepted
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and Venmo. Also, we offer the opportunity to keep your card on file in our secure portal to make payments easier. If paying by credit card through our secure portal, we add a 3% surcharge on all transactions. Declined credit cards are subject to additional fees. Late payments over 30 days are subject to an additional 6% charge per month.
Appointments & Cancellations
We have reserved your appointment time especially for you. We charge the full session fee for any appointment cancelled or missed without a full 48 hours advance notice. In order to cancel an appointment, you must email your clinician directly. We value your time and our clinicians time. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
